What lease terms are available at Five on Canal?

​We offer a minimum lease term of 12 months.

Are utilities included in the rent payment?

​Utilities are not included in the rent.

How do I apply to rent one of the apartment homes at Five on Canal?

How much is the application fee at Five on Canal?

​The application fee is $75 per adult. A $500 refundable reservation fee is also required and will be credited toward your first month’s rent.

Are the apartments furnished at Five on Canal?

​ Apartments are unfurnished. 

How do I pay rent?

​To make rent payments as convenient as possible, we offer several options. Our preferred method is through the Resident Portal or the Resident Portal Mobile App, which allows for e-check and credit card payments (please note that service fees may apply). To submit your payment, visit our community website and select 'Residents' to log in. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your preferred Android or Apple device to pay your rent. Additionally, we accept check and money order payments at our leasing office.

What kind of appliances do the Five on Canal kitchens have?

​Our Philadelphia apartments are equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

Do the Five on Canal apartments have in-home washers and dryers?

​Yes, we have in-home washers and dryers to make laundry a breeze. 

Do the kitchen sinks at Five on Canal have a garbage disposal?

​Yes, our sinks are equipped with garbage disposals. 

Are the apartment homes at Five on Canal wired for WiFi? Is Wi-Fi included with my rent payment?

​Apartments are wired but Wi-Fi is not included in the rent payment. Residents may select a provider to set up Wi-Fi for their apartment.

What property amenities are included at Five on Canal?

Is there covered parking?

​Yes, there is covered parking available on a first come first served basis.

What are the hours of the leasing office?

​Our offices are open Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm. Outside of these hours, our leasing team is available by appointment only. 

Do you allow pets at Five on Canal? What is the pet policy?

​Pets are allowed with prior approval and registration. Two pets per household are allowed. Breed and weight restrictions apply and a monthly pet rent will be charged per pet, per month.
